Tasks Nkanu East Transition Chairman on Inclusive governance
The member representing Nkanu East Constituency in Enugu State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Paul Nnajiofor has charged Transaction Committee Chairman of Nkanu East Local Government Area, Okechukwu Edeh to sustain existing peace in the area to ensure even and speedy development.
The lawmaker who is also House Committee Chairman on Rural Development and CSDP gave the charge at Amagunze, the Council Headquarters when he paid solidarity visit to TC Chairman.
While addressing the people including council supervisors, Special Advisers as well as party faithful, Nnajiofor thanked Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for the choice of Okechukwu Edeh as Transition Chairman of the council area.
He said, Governor Ugwuanyi has continued to demonstrate his unalloyed support to the people of Nkanu East as evident through his sound leadership, human capital development and empowerment as well as infrastructural development, political appointments, enthronement of stability and unity in the area.
He described Governor Ugwuanyi as a father and God-fearing leader and urges the people to emulate his leadership style
